Nataliia Zinchenko: "Overall satisfied with the game. A very good score for us"
The head coach of the women's football club "Metalist 1925" Natalia Zinchenko assessed the opening match of the new season against "Polissya" (1:8):
- As for our game, I would say that it was difficult in the first few minutes. We did not expect such pressure from the opponent from the start. "Polissya" played quite organized and in a high block, which caused some confusion and mistakes on our part. Later on, we adjusted, scored a goal, and it became easier.
- Today we managed to score quite a few goals. What can you say about the attacking actions?
- We coped excellently. We had more chances, had some "one-on-one" situations. But, I believe that most of what we created was successfully converted. Overall, we are satisfied with the game. A very good score for us. Of course, we will analyze the game further and move on.
