"Metalist 1925" U-14 - winners of the "Australia Cup" tournament

In Cherkasy, the traditional tournament "Australia Cup" took place among the teams born in 2012, a total of 12 teams competed for victory, including the players of the academy "Metalist 1925", who were trained under the guidance of the head coach Eduard Stobovyi, coach Oleksiy Bilokon, goalkeeper coach Maksym Zhilin, and analyst coach Mykita Bordovskyi.

In the group stage, our team achieved two victories and advanced to the quarterfinals from the second place, where they narrowly defeated "Kremen" - 1:0, and then in the semifinals beat "Chornomorets" - 2:1. Today in the final, "Metalist 1925" took revenge on the capital's "Peremohets" for the defeat in the group stage, trailing by two goals early in the second half, our boys scored three times against the opponent in just six minutes!

The best player of the tournament was recognized as the player of "Metalist 1925" - Denys Kangarayev!
