Nicholas Arevalo: "I make the most of every day"

The newcomer of "Metalist 1925" Nicolas Arevalo in an interview with the website as.com about his transfer to "Metalist 1925", training in Spain, his goals, and the decision to move to a country at war:

– The league is still ongoing. They play all year round, and right now they are in the middle of the season. The games are held in places far from the border with another country, so everything is calm and peaceful. From this point of view, everything is going very well.

– How were your first few days at "Metalist 1925"?

– These were days when I had the opportunity to learn. I am very happy to be here, in this club, as it is a great opportunity to make the transition to Europe, and I make the most of every day.

– What attracted you to Ukraine?

– My manager, my family, and I knew from the very beginning that it was a dream to make the transition to Europe. We believe that this can be and will be a great leap in my career. The main thing is to take advantage of this and know that it is not the end, that we can make an even bigger leap.

– Tell us about the preseason period in Spain?

– Everything is going well, very intense. Football here is intense, and we adapt to the team and training methods every day and learn a lot.

– Your dreams in Ukraine?

– I want to learn about European football, how to play in a competitive and aggressive league. Of course, I want to win titles and achieve important things.
