Colombian midfielder of "Metalist 1925" Nicolas Arevalo shared his impressions of his debut in an official match and feelings of playing in sub-zero temperatures:
– Congratulations on your debut. Today's match ended in a draw and was very difficult, with a tough opponent, as "Kryvbas" is a real competitor in the standings. What are your impressions after the match?
– It was a very important and tough game, with a difficult field. The whole team worked hard, but the match was challenging. The opponent also has good players. It was important for us to win, but also to secure one point.
– Indeed, both teams are contenders for European competitions, a very serious match. But for some reason, we didn't see many shots, aggression, or speed. What's the reason for that?
– The coach talked about the intensity of the league in general. We were prepared. We had a lot of training sessions. They were all intense. My debut in this match was very important to me.
– Today it's quite cold here in Zhytomyr. How is your adaptation to the conditions in Ukraine going in general?
– Unfortunately, yes, it was cold, but it was important to play, possess the ball, and run.
– What did the coach say in the dressing room after the match?
– He said not to worry about the game. We earned one point. Our preparation continues.
