Coach of "Metalist 1925" U-19 Oleg Sivukha commented on the match that lasted for two days and ended with a minimal defeat.
- Congratulations! What can you say about the game?
- Good day! Unfortunately, yesterday we couldn't finish the match, so we continued today. The second half was very dynamic: we created chances, tried to equalize. But, unfortunately, we lost - one mistake and practically one shot on goal decided everything.
- How did yesterday's air alarm and match postponement affect the preparation and emotional state?
- I think it didn't have a significant impact. We had time to recover, and we played only one half, so I don't consider it a decisive factor.
- How different was the dynamics of the match yesterday and today?
- Today's game was more dynamic because we needed to come back. We conceded a goal in the second minute of the second half, so we had to push forward, which significantly increased the pace of the game.
- The team looked quite confident on the field today. In your opinion, what exactly was lacking for a positive result?
- We couldn't score. And in football, it's simple: whoever scores wins. We had chances, but unfortunately, it didn't work out today.
