Anna Petrik: "I am satisfied with the result and the team's victory"

Midfielder of "Metalist 1925" Anna Petryk shared her emotions after the final match of the Ukrainian Cup, where her team defeated "Kolos":

— Anya, such a beautiful medal! Congratulations on the victory, "golden double"! How difficult and emotional was today's match?

— Thank you for the congratulations! Actually, there are very few emotions right now because they all stayed on the football field. But our fans have a lot of emotions, I am very happy. The match was very intense and tough emotionally and physically. It's a victory and it decorates this match. I am satisfied with the result and the team's victory.

— How much did the championship experience you gained a week earlier help today?

— I think today it didn't matter at all because it's a different match, a different tournament. I am also impressed by the game of "Kolos" because they are a very good team that fought today. Although they finished the championship, it seems, in fourth place. But they are a good, very organized team, we probably wanted more.

— What was more after the final whistle: joy or relief that everything finally ended?

— Honestly, speaking about my feelings, I had both joy, sorrow, and tears. There were a lot of emotions at once, but now I am happy, glad, fulfilled, and inspired - that's the main thing.

— They say in the corridors that Petryk is leaving the team.

— Anything is possible, I don't know, we'll see.
