Natalia Zinchenko: "Very grateful to the girls for this holiday"

The head coach of the women's team "Metalist 1925" Natalia Zinchenko answered journalists' questions after her team's victory in the Cup final against "Kolos" - 1:0:

— Victorious tradition. They used to throw you up, but today the cap flew off, and the sneakers flew off. Indeed, today you can, because the team achieved a "golden double"?

— I already tied the laces on my pants so they wouldn't fall off. And something new, because there was no cap and sneakers. You see, they have the strength to throw me up, but the game didn't go well. Probably a tough end to this season for us. I am very grateful to the girls for this celebration, for this "golden season." I am happy that we work here, that we have girls, you, and the management. It's a celebration for Kharkiv, for our management. It's the first time, but I think the club deserves it.

— Have you already understood the main, winning secret of this team for yourself?

— You need to shout at them a little (laughs). The girls are very tired because they play for the national teams, in the Cup, and the championship. Today there was pressure because they became champions a long time ago and there was no motivation to play, they were a bit relaxed. The game didn't go very well, but I thank "Kolos" because they gave us such resistance. They reacted because the previous game ended 3:0 and was easy, but today was not easy. It's also in the girls' heads, it relaxes them. I think today there were these factors that pushed us a little.
