FC "Kharkiv" continues negotiations on the transfer of the goalkeeper of the Ukrainian national team
The goalkeeper of Israeli "Maccabi" Haifa and the Ukrainian national team Georgiy Yermakov is likely to continue his career in the Premier League. This was reported by journalist Igor Burbas.
The 24-year-old footballer is being sought after by "Kharkiv," who intends to strengthen the position of the first choice goalkeeper and is in talks regarding the player's full transfer.
Yermakov has agreed to continue his career in the Premier League, but the final decision depends on the position of the Israeli club. It is expected that "Maccabi" will not hinder the transfer of the Ukrainian.
In the previous season, the goalkeeper played 37 matches in all competitions, conceding 45 goals and keeping a clean sheet 12 times.
Yermakov received a call-up to the Ukrainian national team from head coach Andrea Maldera and was included in the squad for the matches against Poland and Denmark.
