Women. FC Kolos starts in a new season on Sunday

On the eve of the new season in women's football! The 1st round of the Prime League started with a match in Zhytomyr, where the "Polissya" players defeated "Shakhtar" 4:0. On Saturday, "Ladomyr" lost at home to "Sisters" 0:4, while "Panthers" and "Kryvbas" played a draw 0:0 in Uman. The "Kolos" girls will start in the new season on Sunday, July 19th - in Shchaslyve we will play against the reigning champion "Metalist 1925". The opening whistle is scheduled for 11:00.

This match will be broadcast live on the OTT platform MEGOGO, which is the information partner of the tournament in the 2026/27 season and will show selected matches of each round.

Undoubtedly, the match "Metalist 1925" - "Kolos" is central in the opening round, as the participants of the European competitions will compete - the Kharkiv players will represent Ukraine in the Women's Champions League, while the Kovalivka players in the UEFA Women's Cup. Also, we remind you that in the final match of the previous season, namely in the Final of the Ukrainian Cup 2025/26, these teams met. Our girls unfortunately lost in the decisive cup match 0:1, so under the guidance of Lyudmyla Pokotylo, there will be additional motivation to take revenge on the titled opponents tomorrow!
