The football club "Kharkiv" has officially announced the signing of the Ukrainian goalkeeper Georgiy Yermakov.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper has signed a contract with the UPL team for four years. He will play for the new team wearing the number one jersey.
Yermakov is a product of Kyiv football. At the professional level, he has played for "Shakhtar", "Oleksandriya", and the Israeli club "Maccabi" Haifa. In the last season, the Ukrainian played 37 matches for the Israeli club, keeping a clean sheet in 12 of them.
In the 2024/25 season, the goalkeeper became a silver medalist of the Ukrainian championship with "Oleksandriya" and was named the best goalkeeper of the UPL. Yermakov also represented the Ukrainian U-23 national team at the 2024 Olympic Games and participated in the 2025 Youth Euro.
In May 2026, the goalkeeper received his first call-up to the Ukrainian national team and will now continue his career with "Kharkiv".
