Site Communication Rules
● The guestbook is intended to facilitate convenient communication among site users.
● A “guestbook user” is any visitor who has opened and read messages posted in the guestbook. A “guestbook participant” is a user who has submitted a message (entry) to it.
● Moderators oversee the order in the guestbook.
● All statements in the guestbook must convey meaningful content and be presented in written form.
Welcome:
1.1. Messages in Ukrainian.
1.2. Registration on the site and in the guestbook under your real first and last name.
1.3. Use of Ukrainian internet resources for communication.
1.4. Discussion in the guestbook of topics related to the site’s theme (materials, past or upcoming events and activities).
1.5. A respectful attitude toward authors of published comments.
1.6. Polite behavior among guestbook participants toward one another.
1.7. Differences of opinion, judgments, and proposals are welcome—especially suggestions for the development of the Club, fan self-governance, and organizing home and away matches.
1.8. Ignoring rule-breakers and refraining from pointless arguments.
Prohibited on the site:
2.1. Flooding (cluttering the topic, either unintentionally or to provoke irritation or conflict), flame (dispute that devolves into profanity, personal attacks, uncontrolled emotional outbursts), trolling (unintentional or deliberate provocation to anger or conflict, deliberate deception, slander, instigation of discord), off-topic posts (messages that duplicate previous content or are irrelevant to the forum topic), except in designated off-topic threads, and spam (mass advertising or other bulk messages). Attempts at off-topic posts may lead to removal, or, at moderators’ discretion if deemed informative, may remain unchanged.
2.2. Transliteration (using a foreign alphabet), slang (group-specific words or new meanings of existing words), jargon (language of a social or professional group with many specialized terms), and chronic or deliberate illiteracy. Respect your own and others’ native language; poorly written messages with intentional errors may be unpleasant to read.
2.3. Using ALL CAPS or bold formatting for an entire message. Occasional emphasis may be allowed for special circumstances, but generally use text formatting tools (bold, italic, underline) sparingly. It is recommended to express thoughts in plain text rather than relying on styling.
2.4. Any statements that defame Ukraine or its history; promoting or discussing the safety or benefits of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco; advocating the superiority of one nation over another; inciting interethnic or interreligious hostility; political campaigning or propaganda; or promoting actions banned by Ukrainian or European football authorities that interfere with match organization or conduct.
2.5. Profanity and obscene language. Using profanity in nicknames or obscene avatar images is also forbidden.
2.6. Insults toward guestbook participants (explicit or veiled) are treated as profanity. Disrespecting opponents’ opinions, even if you disagree, and shifting discussion from topics to personal attacks are also prohibited.
2.7. Deliberate provocation of conflicts by creating provocative topics or messages. Intent and severity are determined by moderators.
2.8. Threats against other guestbook participants, regardless of context.
2.9. Public airing of personal matters in the guestbook or on the site.
2.10. Active participation by other users in any provocations.
2.11. Posting announcements in the guestbook—allowed only with moderator approval.
2.12. Posting any commercial content—allowed only with moderator and, if necessary, commercial department approval.
2.13. Posting materials that violate the rights or interests of individuals or legal entities or contravene Ukrainian law.
2.14. Creating new topics in inappropriate sections. Before posting, familiarize yourself with the section’s theme and scope.
2.15. Creating absurd topics. Moderators decide what qualifies; in some cases, topics may be edited rather than closed.
2.16. One-word replies that convey no meaningful content or posting large amounts of redundant information or symbols.
2.17. Registering under someone else’s name, including other individuals or organizations, without their consent—misleading other users about account ownership is prohibited.
2.18. Discussion of moderator actions.
Advertising and Links to Other Sites:
3.1. Advertising websites without permission, or posting any promotional material (images, messages, comments) without site administration approval is prohibited.
3.2. Posting advertisements or commercial announcements without site administration approval is prohibited.
3.3. If including an external link, you must provide a descriptive title or summary. Vague phrases like “here” or “click” may be deemed spam and removed by moderators.
3.4. Using the official guestbook to promote third-party sites, trademarks, or brands is prohibited.
Sanctions for Rule Violations:
4.1. Public warning from a moderator (e.g., in an edited message).
4.2. Moderation of your messages.
4.3. Deletion of the message.
4.4. Restriction or revocation of guestbook access (limiting the right to post new messages or comments).
4.5. Repeated access restriction within one month may result in account deletion.
4.6. For repeated, gross violations or misconduct toward users, Club owners, management, players, or staff, site and guestbook access may be terminated.
4.7.The guestbook moderator reserves the right to delete any messages or topics concerning Club owners.
Final Provisions:
5.1. Participation implies acceptance of these rules—follow them or leave. Questions, suggestions, and complaints should be submitted via “Feedback.”
5.2. If you encounter messages or topics that violate these rules, report them to a moderator to expedite appropriate action.
5.3. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt users from responsibility before moderators and other participants.
5.4. Site administration ensures compliance with site and guestbook rules based on its standards of participant conduct. By participating, you entrust the administration with decision-making regarding rule enforcement.
5.5. The administration reserves the right to amend these rules, notifying participants on the site, in the guestbook, or on the forum.
5.6. Additions and amendments take effect upon publication on the site.
5.7. All questions, suggestions, and comments about guestbook moderation must be directed via the feedback page or the appropriate forum thread.
