Rostyslav Rusyn can move to Prykarpattia

30-year-old Ukrainian right winger Rostyslav Rusyn, best known for his performances for Rukh, Metalist 1925 (now Kharkiv), and Chornomorets, is close to a new club.


Which club could Rusyn move to?


As reported by the correspondent of the website "Ukrainian Football" Dmytro Vienkov in his Telegram channel "Dmytro Vienkov," experienced right winger Rostyslav Rusyn, who left Feniks-Mariupol as a free agent at the end of last season, is currently on trial at Prykarpattia and playing friendly matches.



How did Rusyn perform last season?


Rusyn played for Chornomorets in the first part of the 2025/26 campaign and appeared in three matches (71 minutes) without any contributions. In the second half of the season, he played three games for Feniks-Mariupol under Maksym Feshchuk (123 minutes), also without scoring goals or providing assists.


Chornomorets finished second in the league table (65 points in 30 matches) and secured promotion to the UPL. Feniks-Mariupol ended ninth with 36 points from the same 30 matches.


Rusyn's Career.


Rusyn is a product of Shakhtar's youth system, where he was from 2011 to 2017. In the 2014/15 season, he won the Ukrainian youth championship with the team. He did not make his debut for Shakhtar's first team.

At the professional level, Rusyn played for Spartak Jurmala (2017), winning the Latvian championship, Rukh (2018-2021), Kharkiv (2021-2024), Chornomorets (2025-2026), and Feniks-Mariupol (2026).


The reputable portal Transfermarkt currently values Rusyn at 100,000 euros. His peak value was 400,000 euros from 2022 to 2023.
