The head coach of the Ukrainian national team Andrea Maldera visited the training camp of "Kharkiv" in Austria.
The Italian specialist explained why he personally came to the camp of Kharkiv players. According to him, several players of the UPL club are candidates for a call-up to the national team.
"We pay attention to specific positions. I don't want to name names, I don't want it to seem like I came to watch just one player, and then noticed another. I don't close the doors of the national team to anyone, and one of my goals is to get to know as many players as possible," Maldera said.
In the fall, the Ukrainian national team will play in the Nations League in the same group as Northern Ireland, Georgia, and Hungary.
