22-year-old Argentine midfielder of FC Kharkiv Rafael Profini shared his impressions of being at the Kharkiv club.
In early July, the footballer moved to Ukraine from the Argentine championship, where he played for the local Union Santa Fe.
"I've been here for a week and a half already and I can already say that I ended up in a very good club. I like everything here. They are a bit stricter about the schedule and punctuality in general - this is probably the biggest difference compared to where I came from.
There are five Latin American players in the team, and they help with everything. Also, Carol helped a lot - a Ukrainian guy who speaks Spanish. But I know very few Ukrainian words so far - it seems, only two words: 'left' and 'right'.
I've only seen borscht so far. I would like to try it, but I'm not ready yet. As for the training process - the sessions are more intense, physically harder, but I like it," Profini said.
