Zorya coach explained why the club signed a former Kharkiv player
The head coach of Zorya Luhansk, Viktor Skrypnyk, commented on the signing of former FC Kharkiv player Vasyl Kravets and explained why he paid attention to this player.
"I know him from our time working together at Vorskla, I know what qualities he possesses. He wasn't invited to Polissya, Dnipro-1, Kharkiv just for his good looks, he has played in Europe for many years. Vasyl has something to prove."
Skrypnyk also mentioned whether Kravets will only play as a left-back. According to the experienced coach, this player will add competition and versatility to the team.
"This position can also be covered by Zhuninio and Perduta. Kravets will definitely add competition and versatility to our game. He can play both on the flanks and in the center of defense. I always welcome such players in my team."
It is worth noting that during his career, Vasyl Kravets has played in Ukraine for Karpaty, Vorskla, Dnipro-1, Polissya, and Metalist 1925 (now FC Kharkiv).
