Chyzhov: repeating one mistake can cost a place in the squad
Oleksandr Chizhov, assistant coach of Kharkiv's Mladen Bartulovich, explained how the coaching staff selects the lineup for the game.
“If a player makes this mistake today - we analyze it, we show it. And [if] it happens again the next day - it's a very bad signal for me. What do we do about it? We show it again. If the person still doesn't understand, then we draw our conclusions. For example? Well - [we choose] who will play, who will not play,” the specialist said.
Last season, Kharkiv finished fifth in the UPL. Mladen Bartulovich's team will start the new championship on August 1 with a match against "Veres".
