Home stadium for the Ukrainian national team determined for Matchdays 3 and 4 of the Nations League
The Ukrainian national team will play in Slovakia.
The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association has officially approved the hosting of home matches of the Ukrainian national team in the 3rd and 4th rounds of the UEFA Nations League season 2026/2027. The matches against Northern Ireland and Hungary will be held near Bratislava at the Anton Malatinsky Stadium in Trnava (Slovakia).
The stadium is already familiar to the Ukrainian team. In June 2023, our home match against Malta took place here in the Euro 2024 qualifiers. On that occasion, Viktor Tsyhankov scored the only goal securing victory for Ukraine.
The arena has a capacity of 19,000 and is the second-largest stadium in Slovakia. The distance from Bratislava Airport to the Anton Malatinsky Stadium is only 46 kilometers.
The start of ticket sales for the matches against Northern Ireland and Hungary will be announced shortly on the official UAF resources.
