Castillo: "I want to be among the top scorers of the championship"
FC Kharkiv winger Sebastian Castillo summed up the results of the summer training camp of the team in Austria and talked about his goals for the new season.
The Venezuelan player admitted that the brightest moment of the camp was his debut goal for the Kharkiv club, which he scored in a friendly match against Azerbaijani side "Karabakh."
"The best moment of the camp was when I scored my first goal for the team. It was in the match against 'Karabakh.' Yes, it was a friendly match, but it was my first goal. It was very pleasant."
Castillo also shared his ambitions for the upcoming season. According to the footballer, he aims not only to score regularly but also to assist his teammates with goal-scoring passes.
"Most of all, I want to score many goals, become one of the top scorers. I also want to provide assists. If we consider goals and assists together, I want to be among the best not only in the team but also in the entire championship."
It is worth reminding that the Austrian stage of FC Kharkiv's preparation has already been completed. Ahead of Mladen Bartulovich's team is the start of the new season of the Ukrainian Premier League, where in the first round, Kharkiv will face "Veres."
