"Metalist 1925 Unbreakable" - bronze medalists of AMP ELITE CUP UA-2026
June 6-7 in Cherkasy hosted the competition AMP ELITE CUP UA-2026, which brought together 6 amputee football teams from all over the country.
During the group stage, the teams were divided into two groups of three teams each, and then in the playoffs, the final ranking was determined. "Metalist 1925 Unbreakable" was placed in a group with "Dnipro MSC" and "Obolon Breakthrough". In the first game, the Kharkiv team drew with "Dnipro" in regular time (2:2), but lost in the penalty shootout - 1:3. In the second match, the team confidently defeated "Obolon Breakthrough" - 5:0.
In the "bronze final," Alexander Tebenkov's team outclassed "Dnipro Peremoha" from Dnipro - 7:1, securing a place on the tournament podium.
It is worth noting that "Metalist 1925 Unbreakable" is a participant in the Amputee Football Super League. The team will play their next matches in Lviv on June 13-14. The opponents will be: "Dnipro MSC", "Crusaders", and "Shakhtar Steel."
