Kashchuk is not in a hurry to return to Ukraine despite the interest of UPL clubs
The 26-year-old winger of "Karabakh" Oleksiy Kashchuk currently has no intention of returning to Ukraine, despite the interest from UPL clubs, among which "Kharkiv" and "Polissya" were previously mentioned.
As reported earlier, the Kharkiv club is considering the possibility of signing the player. However, the main obstacle to a potential transfer remains Kashchuk's own position, who at this stage prefers to continue his career outside of Ukraine.
One of the main reasons for this decision is the opportunity to play in European competitions as part of "Karabakh". That is why Kashchuk is not in a hurry to leave the Azerbaijani club and return to the UPL.
In addition, the Ukrainian winger has good financial conditions at "Karabakh", which will be hard to match for UPL clubs.
At the same time, the situation may still change before the end of the transfer window. Earlier, it was reported in the media that "Karabakh" is ready to consider selling the Ukrainian in case of a decent offer.
Kashchuk's decision may be influenced by further performances of "Karabakh" in European competitions. If the Azerbaijani club finishes its international campaign, the player may reconsider his position regarding a return to Ukraine.
In that case, "Kharkiv", which previously showed interest in the winger, may revisit the question of his transfer. However, at the moment, the player's desire to stay abroad is the main obstacle to a possible move.
Oleksiy Kashchuk is a graduate of the "Shakhtar" academy. In the UPL, he also played for "Mariupol" and later continued his career abroad.
Currently, the 26-year-old footballer defends the colors of "Karabakh", but his future may be determined before the end of the summer transfer window.
