Midfielder of Kharkiv Ramik Hadzhiev shared his thoughts on the club's rebranding.
- Honestly, when I first heard about it, I was a bit shocked because it was a great honor for me to play for "Metalist 1925". But over time, as the rebranding got closer and closer, I understood: what the club is doing is very cool because Kharkiv is the best city in the world for me. Wherever I go, there has never been a city better than Kharkiv for me.
And playing for the football club "Kharkiv" is an additional motivation, honor, and incentive for me to give even more effort because, as I said, Kharkiv is my favorite city, it is a heroic city, and we must give credit to this indomitable city. Therefore, we must be unbreakable and strive for our goals," Hadzhiev said.
The 20-year-old player played only six matches in the last season (two goals), suffering a serious knee injury in mid-September.
