FC "Kharkiv" - in the top-4 of the UPL for ball possession in the 2025/26 season
FC "Kharkiv", which was known as "Metalist 1925" before rebranding, took the fourth place among all UPL clubs in terms of average ball possession.
According to Wyscout, Mladen Bartulovich's team controlled the ball for an average of 55.1% of the game time. Only "Shakhtar" (66.9%), "Dynamo" (58.6%), and "Polissya" (55.4%) had higher possession rates.
"Zorya" also made it to the top five, finishing the season with a 52.3% possession rate. Thus, these five teams were the best in the Ukrainian championship in terms of this statistical indicator.
FC "Kharkiv" finished the 2025/26 season in fifth place in the UPL standings with 51 points after 30 matches.
