President of the PFL on restrictions on sports events in Kyiv: "Depends on military administrations"
The President of the PFL Oleksandr Kadenko provided more details about the restrictions on sports events in Kyiv starting from September 10.
— Restrictions will come into effect on September 10. Does the presence of certified cover near the stadium allow PFL matches to continue in Kyiv?
— Of course. We conduct matches with additional security measures that include the presence of cover. It is present wherever we hold official matches.
— So, these changes do not affect football matches? Can they be held with spectators?
— It depends on the military administrations. Some allow matches to be held with spectators, some do not. For each match, the military administration issues a separate permit specifying whether spectators can be admitted. Their number cannot exceed the capacity of the cover.
