On September 18 at 10:00 in the House of Football in Kyiv, the draw for the 1/8 finals of the Ukrainian Cup 2026/27 took place.
At this stage, there are 16 contenders for the trophy, and the draw determined 8 pairs of teams.
Denys Boyko, former goalkeeper of Dynamo, Dnipro, Polissya, and the Ukrainian national team, took part in the draw.
In the 1/8 finals will play: 11 teams of the Ukrainian Premier League, 2 teams of the First League, 2 amateur teams, plus the winner of the Trostyanets - Chernihiv pair (the match between these teams was postponed to October 6 due to a prolonged air alarm).
In the 1/8 finals, Donetsk's Shakhtar, the champion of Ukraine, will play against Kyiv's Dynamo, the current holder of the Ukrainian Cup.
The 1/8 final matches will take place on October 27-29. The decisive stages will take place in 2027. Quarterfinals: March 2-4, semifinals: April 20-22, final: May 19.
