- Our training camp in Austria, I believe, was very good. We had excellent conditions both for accommodation and for training. We had very strong friendly matches, thanks to which we received a lot of information. I thank the club management for providing such conditions for the camp.
- The team played a total of seven friendly matches. Which one did you like the most and which one the least?
- In my opinion, the best game during the camp was against "Borussia" from Mönchengladbach, a very skilled team playing in the Bundesliga. They showed us the level we need to strive for. Plus, we won that game, which gives confidence to our team. As for the worst, it was the game against "Waldhof" and the last game against the Qatar national team, I didn't really like those matches. But as I mentioned before, we had excellent friendly opponents.
- How satisfied are you with the physical condition of your players and how well have they absorbed your tactical instructions so far?
- I believe that in terms of physical condition, the team is looking quite good already. Much of what we worked on in training has been evident in the friendly matches, but we still have time before the first match of the championship against "Obolon," so we will continue to refine certain aspects. The team will continue to grow and progress.
- The atmosphere within the team is a very important component. Have you managed to establish a connection with the team during this time?
- We have a great group, I see how the guys communicate with each other, work during training, it's a good atmosphere. We will continue to work on improving this understanding even further.
- Has the transfer work been completed? Can fans expect new signings before the start of the UPL?
- The work in the transfer market is ongoing, we are expecting new signings, whether before the start of the new season or during the season — we will see.
- How will you prepare for the match against "Obolon"?
- After returning home, the players will have a few days off, following almost a month-long training camp in Austria. And starting from Monday, July 28, we will directly begin preparations for the season's opening match, as we will have a whole week before the game against "Obolon."
