— As expected, the match against "Kudrivka" was very difficult. Your team controlled the game, dominated, created more chances, but somehow you didn't find that second goal. Why didn't you find it?

— It's hard to say, we will need to analyze the moments, our game in training later. We showed a good game, maybe we lacked a good finish, but we will work on it. We work a lot on attacking play during training. We created many chances, quite a lot of chances today, but something was missing.

— The intensity of the chances, especially in the first half. "Kudrivka" responded and created danger near Varakuta's goal. They found their moment, but in the second half the pace decreased a bit, and "Metalist 1925" completely controlled the game.

— Yes, we talked about the first half during the break. We were told to just keep adding and not slow down - that's what happened. The first half was good, and in the second half we played good football. As I said, we just couldn't score the second goal.

— You looked for these opportunities through set pieces, corner kicks, long passes. You fought for the ball, one could say that luck was on the opponent's side today. The ball didn't go into the net after those moments, which seemed easier to score.

— I don't know. I thank the opponent, I thank our fans. We wanted to score that goal. As you said, we created quite a lot of chances, but something didn't work out. Yes, maybe luck wasn't on our side today. But I believe we will earn that luck in training and in the upcoming games.

— With a win today, Kharkiv could have climbed into the top three in the standings. You didn't manage to do that today, there is a very tight competition in the standings. Do you have a feeling that it will be difficult against every opponent in the UPL?

— Yes, as we have seen in the first nine rounds, every opponent is strong, it's tough against each opponent. But we prepare for each opponent, we prepare in every training session, every week. And I want to say that we will play the football that our coaching staff wants. I am confident that this style of play will bring us results.
