Mladen Bartulovich: "Agribusiness" is a strong nut of the First League"
Main coach of "Metalist 1925" Mladen Bartulovich shared his expectations for the cup match against "Agrobusiness" in an interview with the club's press service:
– Mladen, have you or the team moved on from the very emotional match against "LNZ"?
– Yes, of course, we need to focus on our next match, a very important match of the Ukrainian Cup against "Agrobusiness." We set high goals for this game and are already preparing for it.
– What can you say about the opponent, as they are a quite strong team of the First League?
– Yes, they have been playing together for a long time. There are guys who have played in the Premier League and in good clubs, having gone through a good school at "Karpaty", "Dnipro", and "Volyn". The team is cohesive, "Agrobusiness" is a strong contender in the First League. I believe that under no circumstances can we relax because this is the Cup, where you need to be constantly at your best.
– I wanted to ask further, how to avoid losing focus, perhaps underestimating the opponent in such cases?
– We need to be fully focused, to turn on the speed from the first minutes, set the pace and rhythm.
– Are you planning to rotate players for this match, as the calendar is quite tight right now?
– Yes, we have a tight schedule. We will see which players are in what condition, and on the day of the game, we will decide on the starting lineup.
