The head coach of "Metalist 1925" Mladen Bartulovich talked about the team's recovery after the match against "Chernihiv" and shared expectations for the match against "LNZ":
— Mladen, how is the team feeling after the match against "Chernihiv"?
— Of course, it was not easy for everyone. Such matches are hard to go through. But we had a lot of discussions within the team, with the president. Our main task is to gather ourselves and react correctly. To perform successfully in the final part of the championship and to get more positive emotions in the next game.
— How is the preparation for the match against "LNZ" going?
— In a normal mode. Right now, the main focus is on recovering the team, as there is not much time for preparation. But we are not looking for excuses: everyone is ready and wants to prove it on the field.
— What do you expect from the opponent?
— We know the strengths of "LNZ" very well. They are a quality team that concedes few goals and is among the leaders. Moreover, they will be playing at home, in front of their fans, and celebrating the 20th anniversary of the club, so they will be highly motivated. We remember the first game between us, where two episodes decided everything - the goal scored by Obakh after our mistake and our disallowed goal. We never saw on the replays that the ball completely left the field after the corner kick, but we were left without a goal and an important scoring point. We believe that the next match will feature quality football and everything will be decided directly on the field.
