"Metalist 1925" management visited "Benfica"
President of "Metalist 1925" Bohdan Boyko, Vice President Yuriy Korotun, and Sports Director Mykola Shamardin visited one of the most titled clubs in Europe - Portuguese "Benfica".
During the visit, the club's management familiarized themselves with the organization of the academy's work, training base, sports department, and the club's operations on match day. There was also a meeting with the management of "Benfica", including the head coach of the team Jose Mourinho and the club's director Mario Branco. Representatives of the clubs agreed to continue cooperation and training of "Metalist 1925" specialists in various areas of the club's activities.
"To see from the inside how the work of a club of this level is organized is a valuable experience. "Benfica" is a club with established processes at every level, and these are the standards to strive for. In particular - a meeting with Jose Mourinho.
