Forum "Women in Football" and the award ceremony "BEST XI - 2025"

On July 30, the Forum "Women in Football" will take place at the House of Football of the Ukrainian Football Association - a large-scale event that will bring together representatives of the football community of Ukraine, international organizations, and state institutions to discuss key directions for the development of women's football.

The organizers of the Forum are the Ukrainian Football Association together with the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Footballers.

The event will be attended by over 100 representatives of the football community, including female football players, coaches, club management of the Premier League, Higher and First Leagues, the leadership of the UAF, representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, the National Anti-Doping Center of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as well as international speakers from FIFA, UEFA, and FIFPRO. The Forum is supported by the Swedish trade union association Union to Union.

The event program will consist of two main parts.

During the educational-discussion panel, participants will discuss current global trends in the development of women's sports, issues of protecting the rights of female football players, current challenges, and prospects for the development of women's football in Ukraine. Separate thematic blocks will be dedicated to anti-doping education ("Clean Sport") and FIFA's latest initiatives on women's health.

The second part of the event will be an award ceremony "BEST XI - 2025", during which the best female football players of Ukraine will be honored for the results of the past year.

The Forum "Women in Football" will be a platform for open dialogue, exchange of international experience, and consolidation of efforts of all those working on the development of women's football in Ukraine.
