In the last friendly match during the preparation for the season, Left Bank defeated FC Kharkiv - 2:1. The head coach of our team Oleksandr Riabokon and the author of one of the goals Nazarii Vorobchak shared their impressions of the game.

– Today, it was important first of all to test various tactical developments, combinations of players in the lines, – says the coach. – I believe we succeeded in that. I want to thank the opponent for testing the readiness of our players. Both teams created a number of chances and the game was interesting. It is important that we managed to avoid injuries and received a positive emotional charge before the official matches. Closer to the match with Kudrivka, we will already decide on the starting lineup.

Roman Heresh wanted to play yesterday against Dynamo in the U21 tournament and showed himself in the best light. He said he could even play two games in two days, but of course, no one will give him such a load. Our young forward scored yesterday and today for the first team. A true striker is growing.

Before the season, we managed to sign another winger Kvasnytsia and this will undoubtedly add necessary competition to the attacking wingers. I am satisfied with how our newcomer played today. He gave me a pleasant headache before the first match in the new UPL season, – summed up Riabokon.

– We received a charge of positive emotions from the victory over a serious opponent, – notes Vorobchak. – It is worth noting that there are two equal squads in Kharkiv and it was interesting to play. Both teams created a number of chances, the game was on equal terms. Such matches are liked by the fans. In the moment with my goal, I saw that I could move to the center and shoot. I am satisfied with my performance in that episode. We managed to qualitatively strengthen the team in the summer and the newcomers will help us in the UPL.

A walk in the park in the match against Kudrivka will definitely not be. It is not worth paying attention to the result of the friendly against this opponent. We will do everything to win. We invite our fans to support the team, – summarized the Left Bank midfielder.
