"Kalynivka" coach: "In "Kharkiv" - high speeds and well-played combinations. Everything is great"
The mentor of "Kalynivka" Andrii Herasymenko commented on the elimination from the Ukrainian Cup.
“I want to thank FC “Kharkiv” for their help in organizing the match. 0:9 – it's hard to judge anything... The preparation of the teams is on different poles. For myself, the players, the club – it's a good lesson. It shows where we need to move forward. We played the match, gained experience and emotions, even though they were negative.
There was no fear as such. Maybe there was excessive excitement, which makes the players make wrong decisions. We tried to calm them down a bit, but it's hard to work when the team presses well. We need more training. We've been in tough situations before, but we always endured, played until the end.”
“Kharkiv has great speed, well-played combinations – everything is superb. The guys gave it their all. A bit too much, 9 goals. Thank you for the game, effort, dedication. Our victories are still ahead. This was 100% the strongest opponent we had to play against. An organized team, people work hard and don't even let you raise your head,” the coach noted.
