Round of 1/32 of the Cup has started. A crushing 6:0 victory was recorded in the opening game
On August 20, the opening match of the 1/32 finals of the Ukrainian Cup 2026/27 took place.
Phoenix-Mariupol club defeated Dinaz Vyshgorod with a score of 6:0 in an away game and advanced to the 1/16 finals.
The start of the match was postponed from 12:00 to 14:00 due to an air alarm. For the same reason, the second half started approximately 30 minutes later than usual.
The game took place in Demidov at the Dinaz stadium. The guests, who play in the First League, scored 6 goals against the team from the Second League (6:0).
Valeriy Kucherov and Serhiy Kyslenko scored braces, while Vladyslav Sydorenko and Pavlo Orihovskyi also found the net.
The 1/32 finals round will last until August 23, 2026. In this stage, 56 teams are competing, divided into 28 pairs.
