On August 18, 2026, the football club "Kharkiv" received information about the receipt of a request from the Russian Football Union in the FIFA TMS system for the issuance of an international transfer certificate for the football player Oleksiy Sidorov for his registration with the Russian club RVShellendzh as an amateur.
It should be noted that Oleksiy Sidorov has a valid professional contract with the football club "Kharkiv" until June 30, 2028, and in 2025, he voluntarily left the club's location and went abroad. After that, representatives of the football club repeatedly demanded the player's return to the team's location and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Sidorov continues to ignore these demands.
The football club "Kharkiv" strongly condemns Sidorov's actions and reserves the right to defend its rights and legitimate interests in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the regulatory norms of the UAF and FIFA, and calls on the Ukrainian Football Association to take all necessary measures to protect the interests of the club affiliated with the UAF in connection with the transfer of a player who has a valid contract in force.
