Eight times alarm was declared in Kyiv on the day of the match "Zorya" - "Kharkiv"

Today, August 30, a match of the 4th round of the UPL between "Zorya" and "Kharkiv" is scheduled to take place in Kyiv. The start of the meeting is planned for 18:00, however, throughout the day, air raid sirens have been sounding repeatedly in the capital.

Since the beginning of this day, the air raid alarm in Kyiv has been announced seven times. The latest alarm in the Ukrainian capital was announced at 15:03 Kyiv time - less than three hours before the scheduled start of the football match.

The "Zorya" - "Kharkiv" match is set to start at 18:00 at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Dynamo Stadium.

According to additional security measures during football matches in Ukraine under martial law conditions, in case of an air raid alarm, all match participants must proceed to shelter. If the alarm lasts for more than 60 minutes, the match delegate and referee, after consultations with team representatives and military administration, may decide to suspend the match for that day. In this case, the date, time, and place of the match or its completion will be determined by the competition organizer.

At the same time, a large number of air raid alarms throughout the day does not necessarily mean that the match will be postponed or canceled. The further conduct of the meeting will depend on the security situation immediately before its start and during the game. Currently, there are no official announcements about changing the time or venue of the match.
