Finally, in the 19th minute, the home team managed to find gaps in Shakhtar's defense and opened the scoring: Andrukhiv from the right flank loaded the ball into the area of the far post, where Hiryn freed herself from marking and struck the goal with her head. It didn't take long for the Kharkiv team to double their advantage: Basanska made a throw-in towards the goalkeeper's area, where a struggle ensued, and Shainiuk was the first to successfully pick up the ball.

After the break, there was a substitution in Shakhtar's attacking line: Vegerich replaced Marchenko. The second half started with danger near Ustinova's goal after Basanska shot from a distance under the crossbar - over the target. In the 56th minute, Khimich could have scored when she aimed for the crossbar from the right flank. And in the 63rd minute, the Kharkiv team increased their lead: Radionova successfully finished Apanashchenko's pass. The "Miners" briefly intensified and tried to reach the final third, but the hosts once again made effective moves: Andrukhiv curled the ball under the crossbar from a set-piece, leaving no chance for Ustinova. The final minutes passed mainly on Shakhtar's half of the field, and there was no more danger, the score remained unchanged.
