The head coach of "Kharkiv" Mladen Bartulovich commented on the team's victory over "Bukovyna" in the 7th round of the UPL:
- "Kharkiv" has entered a great streak. What do you think was the key to these results and today's victory?
- The mood of the guys, their work in training, how they prepare for matches, what energy they have. They believed they could achieve a lot, but I know that the guys can do even more. They need to believe in this, and everything will be fine.
- In the first half, there was a good potential, especially in the attack. You created many combinations, but they didn't come to a logical conclusion.
- Yes, the first half was a bit nervous, there were many mistakes. But during the break, we talked to the guys, made adjustments, and added in the second half. We scored two beautiful goals, then created many more chances and deservedly won one hundred percent.
- Were there moments that need to be analyzed later, when Yermakov had to enter the game?
- Of course. "Bukovyna" is also a good team, they have good performers. We didn't let them create much, but they had a moment. Zhorа worked well in that episode. We kept a clean sheet and won.
- It's probably a bit disappointing that there is an international break now?
- Well, what can you do. You need to reboot, readjust. We have national team players, they showed their level today. When they return to us, we also need to work in that spirit. We have many more matches before winter. We need to prepare well during this break.
- After the recent victories, the team got a bit more days off than usual?
- Yes. I talked to the team - one extra day off for two victories this week. They were very motivated and deserved to have another day off.
- There is an unusually long break for national team matches now. Have you already planned how you will spend it?
- Yes, the guys will have a few days off. At the beginning of October, we will have a friendly match. Then a week-long cycle before "Chornomorets". We are waiting for the date, and we will prepare for that match.
