Newcomer to the Ukrainian national team Ilya Krupsky became the main character of a funny episode during the traditional interview organized by the UAF for the team's debutants.
The association's press service decided to test how well the new members of the national team are oriented in the history of Ukrainian football. Ivan Varfolomyev, Igor Krasnopir, Maksim Khlan, and Oleksandr Drambayev also took part in the thematic quiz. The players were asked to answer questions related to the national team, its players, and significant events.
One of the tasks was about the author of the first goal in the history of the Ukrainian national team. Krupsky pondered the answer for a while and then confidently named former Dynamo Kyiv striker Maksim Shatsky.
