All participants of the 1/32 finals of the Ukrainian Cup 2026/27 are known.

Let's remind that the last ticket to the main grid was won by Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536, who defeated Agron in a penalty shootout (3:3, 6:5 on penalties). Also, through the qualification, New Rozdil, Druzhba-Kozaky Nizhyn, Kolos Polonne, Reshetylivka, Bazys Kochubiyivka, Pokuttia Kolomyia, Palmyra Odesa, and FC Kalynivka made it to the 1/32 finals.
