SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
We are a professional club that began its journey as a small circle of like-minded individuals who founded an amateur club, and we have evolved into a great, ambitious club. We tackle a wide range of challenges in every area essential to creating a truly great professional club: from pursuing the highest sporting achievements to engaging all segments of society in sports, upholding family values, protecting children, and providing opportunities for participation in football for individuals of all physical abilities, while also ensuring equality and inclusivity, combating racism and other forms of discrimination, and safeguarding the environment.
The global goal of Women's Football Club “Metalist 1925” is to be a model of environmental awareness in sports by incorporating innovative and sustainable technologies that reduce the impact of our activities on the environment, and to become a benchmark in promoting social justice, equality, and inclusion through active engagement with local communities.
