28.09.2022. Igor Nogueira became a player of "Metalist 1925".

Brazilian midfielder Igor Nogueira played for "Metalist 1925" from September 2022 to February 2024: initially he played for the U-19 team, and made his debut for the main squad on March 5, 2023, in a UPL match against Shakhtar Donetsk. In total, he played 6 matches in the UPL, without scoring any goals, and left the Kharkiv club in February 2024.

The match was tense, tactical, and quite cautious: the first half of the match passed in an equal struggle without many goal-scoring opportunities and ended with a 0-0 score. The fate of the confrontation was decided by the only goal in the second half - in the 63rd minute, midfielder of "Metalist 1925" Denys Antyukh successfully seized his opportunity and scored against the opponent, putting his team ahead. The game was accompanied by tough battles and a large number of individual duels, which led to the referee showing many yellow cards to players from both teams. Despite Kolos' attempts to regain initiative and save the game at the end, Bartulovich's team held onto the winning score until the final whistle, earned important three points, and significantly improved their position in the championship.
